The title says it all. These make about 4 dozen, depending on how big you make the cookies. I usually bake half and then freeze the other half of the batter for another time.
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 package chocolate chips (300 g)
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. In a large bowl, combine/cream butter and sugar until fluffy. One at a time, add eggs. Add in vanilla.
3. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into batter until just combined. Stir in chips.
4. Drop by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet. approx. 12 cookies to a sheet.
5. Bake 7 - 8 minutes. After a couple of minutes, allow to cool on rack.
